I called to buy a pattern and to order some of the fabric called for in the pattern. I needed to know how much yardage to get. A staff member said someone would check the pattern and call me back with the info but noone ever did. I spent at least half an hour on the phone with this employee who was super nice. I was sure I would get a call back. But, I didn't hear a thing. So, I just guessed because shops run out of fabric all the time... It's a good thing I'm rich so I could afford to buy more than was needed. Everything else about the order was fine.
