PLEASE NOTE: We are offering an option to INCLUDE or NOT INCLUDE the 3 Fat Quarter Panels from the collection.  The fat quarter panels are pictured in this listing (with the light bulbs).  The pictures show 1 yard of fabric (with four fat quarters printed on it).
