 A note from the Designer:

"I am so excited to design a quilt book about summer on the farm. I am so blessed to live in the country on a little bit of property. At the writing of this book we have laying hens, turkeys, ducks, goats, and cows. The animals change but the steadiness of owning land is always here. I love living on a farm and wanted to design a quilt around what farm life means to me. Of course, family is not in my quilt - not sure how I would go about designing that, but the other things that remind me of farm life are in this quilt. Homemade ice cream, lemonade in mason jars on a hot summer day, and apples and pears."
